To access your images - log onto the website and click on the Quick Launch button. Then select the country from the drop down menu. Type in your race number and select the race name from the drop down menu and click on GO.

3 How do I access the unidentified images?

Please follow the same procedure as used for locating your images. The possible unidentified images will appear directly below the identified images. If you wish to look for more images you can access these on the same page, below the possible unidentified images. The unidentified images are separated by sex, location and time, to make searching easier.

4 How long do the images remain on the website and can I still order photos after they have been removed from the website.

All race images are kept for 1 year on the website. They are then removed from our systems and from the website. Please note this is then stored on disk for a further 2 years, but if you wish to retrieve images, over a year old, there is a search fee applicable.

5 Will I receive my photos on a sale and return basis if I do not order them from the website?

We have requested - for most events - that you indicate whether you wish to receive sale or return photos or if you would like to order them only on the website. If you indicate that you wish to receive sale or return photos, these will be sent to you. Some races are sold only on the web, as we do not receive the race data from the race organizers. For these events you will only be able to purchase your photos from the website.

6 Will my web order be subject to a guarantee?

YES, if you are not completely satisfied with the product, we will send you a full refund.

7 Is the quality of the photograph better than the images on the website?

YES, the printed photos are of the highest resolution to produce the best quality possible.

8 Can the image be changed, i.e. the photo centered, something removed, etc?

YES, we are able to manipulate the images, depending on what needs to be changed, a small fee may be charged.

9 Can you remove the overlay?

YES, the overlay can be removed if requested.

10 Can I order more than 1 photograph at a time?

YES, you will be asked if you wish to add more photos to the trolley, before you are asked for your credit card details.

11 How will I know if my order is successful?

A web order reference number will be emailed to you if the order is successful. Please keep this number handy for any queries.

12 How long will it take to receive the photo/s after I place the order?

Please allow 3-4 weeks for delivery of normal prints (6x8in - 15x20cm), and 4-5 weeks for larger prints and/or other products.

13 Is there any other way to pay other than with a credit card?

Not on the website, but you can contact our offices for different payment options.

14 How do I track my photos if I do not receive them.

You can email our offices on info@actionphoto.net with your reference number, and we will let you know what is happening with your order.

15 Can I order photos for different races on the same web order?

NO, you may only order photos from one race, per web order.

16 Can I order photos for two different competitors on the same web order?

NO, you may only order the photos for one race number, per web order.

17 Can I use my photographs in published materials - newspaper articles, newsletters, magazine articles / adverts, on a website?

NO, Action Photo owns the copyright for all the images we produce. If you wish to use your image in any way, please contact our offices for permission. We may charge a fee depending on where the images are being used and for what purpose it is being used.

18 If I cannot see any images under my race number, does this mean I have no photographs?

Not always, if we were not able to see your number clearly, the image is put into the unidentified images, This is separated by shoot location and divided into male and female unidentified images and time, to make it more convenient for you to search for your images.

19 What other products can I order?

Once you have selected your photos and are ready to Check Out - the additional products available for this event will appear. We offer magazine covers and collages for certain races, calendars, and a variety of frames and albums. We also supply the official race certificate for certain events.
