Sponsors logos, race name and race logos are printed onto the photos as
an overlay at no extra cost to the race organiser, providing extra exposure for
your sponsors while ensuring the competitors have visual confirmation of their
competing in your event. The overlay design is submitted to you before the
event for your approval.
PRO images are provided on disc for publication purposes or as hard copy
within a week of the event or sooner if requested. VIP runners photos
and special requirements can also be arranged upon request.
An additional service offered to race organisers is the ability to rebuilt lost
finish data if necessary. Our digital cameras are equipped with time
settings that record the time the photo was taken on every image. With this
information we will be able to verify times, and assist with cheating enquiries
or if race timing devices fail.
Competitors are able to view their images on our website with their race number
ˆ these come online within two days of the event. They are also able to
purchase their images online. We have found that most people still prefer to
have the hard copy in their hands before making a decision as to what to
purchase. This is why their photos are also mailed out to them. Payment options
are detailed on their invoice or they can pay on our secure website.
