exclusively be brought in the local and international courts and you consent to
personal jurisdiction in these courts. In the event that Action Photo Pty (Ltd)
are the prevailing parties in any such action, you agree to be responsible for
payment of Action Photo Pty (Ltd) reasonable attorneys' fees and costs. Action
Photo Pty (Ltd) reserve the right to make changes to this Web site, this
Agreement, and the other information contained in this Web site at any time and
