Charges for postage and handling

 

German Events

 

The cost of shipping will be calculated according to the Volume and the weight of the total order.


The minimum cost will be as following:

Within Germany: € 1.50

Outside Germany: € 2.00

 

 

South African Events:

 

Mailing from South Africa

 

Standard size photographs - 6x8in (15x20cm):    no charge

Any other order – enlargements:                              R5 – in South Africa

                                                                                        R75 – neighboring states and overseas

 

United Kingdom Events

 

Mailing from the UK

 

Standard size photographs - 6x8in (15x20cm):    no charge

Any other order - enlargements:                              £2.00 in the UK

                                                                                       £ 5.00 Europe and rest of the world.

 


Refund Policy
 
 If you are not satisfied with the quality of the goods received, you may contact our offices by phone or by email. One of our consultants will assist you with arrangements for the return of the goods and a refund request.

Action Photo will be liable for the return postage, if you received an incorrect or defective item.

Processing of refunds are handled within three weeks. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return, the time it takes us to process your return and the time it takes your bank to process the refund transaction.

You will be notified via email once the refund has been processed.
